Breakfast
Monday: Oatmeal Pancakes

Tuesday: Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Wednesday: Scrambled Eggs & Toast

Thursday: Freezer Waffles & Yogurt

Friday: Cereal

Lunch
Monday: Out to Lunch (Moms B-Day)

Tuesday: Grilled Cheese

Wednesday: Sandwiches at the Park

Thursday: Sandwiches at the Park (Again)

Friday: Quesadillas

Dinner
Monday: Chicken Cutlets & Brussels Sprouts

Tuesday: Spicy Pork Tenderloin in Crockpot with Rice, Tortillas, Cheese & Corn

Wednesday: Potluck Dinner - Tri-Tip Roast Sandwiches & Caesar Salad

Thursday: Lentil Soup with Ground Beef & Veggies

Friday: Pasta & Salad

I know that I need to plan my meals every week so that I can stay on budget and be prepared for my family and their constant need to eat! It seems that every moment of every day I hear my kids say "I'm hungry". It never fails, so I must prepare :)
